We're looking for caring professionals who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a genuine desire to model Christian values in their daily interactions. Ideal candidates will bring previous experience working with young children, along with essential qualities like patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. While CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it) is required, a CDA or Early Childhood Education credits are preferred, though not essential – we believe in fostering growth in our team members as well as our students.
